Our events are designed to have equal numbers of males & females to be paired up during one-on-one speed date / table-for-4 or table-for-6 rotation / dance lessons, etc. We strive to achieve equal numbers of male & female participants in each event. We also set payment deadline to ensure we have the equal numbers in advance. However, someone just doesn't show up due to sudden personal affairs; this is the matter that we cannot control despite our huge effort done. In fact, over 96% of our events have the equal numbers accomplished.

As to achieve service excellence, we promise you that we are able to release you the contacts of mutual matches thru email within 24-hours of the event ended.

We would either postpone & re-schedule the event to some other day or your payment made would be transferred to other event available based on your choice. We are sorry that no refund will be made. |
